FOR WARMING: separate removeable inserts from covers and heat in microwave for 30 second intervals. Feel slippers to check when desired warmth is achieved. Microwave times vary but total time shouldn't exceed 2 minutes. Do not overheat. Always test for hot spots and overall temperature before use.
