CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT

Many companies manufacturing or selling products in the State of California are required to disclose their efforts to address the issue of forced labor and human trafficking. The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657) was designed to increase awareness and provide context of companies efforts to eradicate forced labor and human trafficking, thereby allowing consumers to make informed choices regarding products they buy and companies they opt to work with.

Our relationships with vendors are based on lawful, efficient, and fair practices. We expect our vendors to obey the laws that require them to treat workers fairly, with respect and provide a healthy and safe working environment. We reserve the right to require third-party audits of our vendors and the factories they use to verify each supplier's compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to terminate the relationship with any vendor who fails to comply with our requirements.
