Refund policy

While we're confident you'll fall in love with every piece you receive, sometimes things aren't the right fit. We'll happily accept returns for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from simplyobsessed.com or the Simply Obsessed mobile app for return or exchange with original tags/packaging. Merchandise purchased from a store location or not from Simply Obsessed directly is not eligible for return online and must be returned at the location you purchased them from. Please contact the individual location for their return policy. Any items ending in .99 are typically FINAL SALE and will be indicated in the product description.

If we receive your return at our warehouse within 14 days (+/- delays due to shipping carriers), you'll have the option to select a payment method refund or be issued a store credit to apply to a future purchase. If your return is received after 14 days and within 30 days of delivery, you'll be issued a store credit to apply to a future purchase. No returns may be accepted 30 days after delivery. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please initiate an exchange request with us for free. The item(s) you are exchanging must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. Once we have received your item, we will process your exchange. If your items are no longer available, we will offer either an original payment method refund or store credit to apply to a future purchase.

Please note, we are not responsible for non-Simply Obsessed items returned to us in error. We will make every attempt to correct the situation when possible.

Return & Exchange Shipping

If returns coverage was purchased at checkout return shipping will be covered. Otherwise customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Defective Item Policy

Errors made during shipping, or pieces damaged upon arrival to your doorstep are unacceptable. Please Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to start your request. We'll process your request by sending an identical replacement, or if in the case of the item running out of stock, issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit - you choose.

Account Suspensions

In the event your account is restricted or suspended with cause, our standard return and exchange policy still applies. An account suspension, restriction or other moderation action is not grounds to submit a return or exchange.

Policy Exclusions

Final Sale (items either ending .99 or marked FINAL SALE in description) are not able to be returned or refunded.

Gift Card purchases are not able to be returned or refunded. Gift Cards are non-transferrable.

Beauty & Wellness items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defective items.

Swim & Intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defective items.

Vintage & One of a Kind pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defective items.

Returns Using Your Shipping Carrier

For returns using your own shipping carrier, please send them to the following address.

IMPORTANT: Please initiate your return request PRIOR to sending your item. Allow our team to respond to you quickly to confirm your items are eligible for return or exchange prior to sending them back.

We require all returned items to be trackable and insured from the carrier. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during a return or exchange.
